It was actually a pleasant experience. The office building is clean, the security officer was professional and friendly, and the gentleman who helped me was knowledgeable and made it quick and painless.
Took an appointment before going there. The guy in the lobby gave a shock to my by saying I have no appointment. Make sure you double confirm with the person about date and time they are selecting over phone. Luckily they had another slot available after 45 mins.
